Fast Shipments and returns


Orders are processed from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm, from Monday to Friday. The orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed the next Monday.

It is possible to view the order status by entering the section TRACK ORDER. After the order has been shipped, it will be possible to track the order on the carrier’s website via the tracking number received by e-mail.

As far as purchases in the following Countries, the delivery times, starting from shipment, are as follows:

  • Italy → 48h
  • Germany → 48h
  • France → 3 days
  • Spain → 3 days
  • United Kingdom → 4 days
  • United States → 5 days

As far as shipments in the other EU Countries, it will take 3-5 days from shipment, while for shipments in the rest of the world the delivery time will be of 5-7 days from shipment (any customs clearance delays excluded).

Delivery times may be subject to delays in the event of public holidays. Carriers won’t make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.

Upon delivery of the order, the consignee will have to verify the completeness of the shipment and promptly inform us should any problem arise, by writing to our Customer Care service.

The shipping fees are calculated on the basis of the destination address and will be shown directly in the basket.

For all the Countries, the prices reported include VAT. Customs duties included for extra EU Countries (with the exception of Albania, Bosnia, Kazakhstan, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine).

Shipments at P.O. boxes are not allowed.

If, at the time of the delivery, the consignee is absent, the carrier will leave a message or will call the customer at the number indicated at the time of purchase.



If, for any reason you are not satisfied, you will have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

If the return procedure is followed, the shipment of the returned products is free of charge, while the possible risks linked to it are fully borne by the customer.

Products must be returned in the same conditions in which they have been received, in their original packaging, with all the labels and, above all, within the heat-sealed envelope.

If the procedure is not carried out the in the right way, the return may be rejected.

Our warehouse will take the returned products, reserving the right to verify their completeness. Once the return has been accepted, we will reimburse the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products.

Said reimbursement will take place through the refund of the amount paid on the credit card used or on the PayPal account.



The customer will have the right to return any defective product within 30 days from the order delivery date. In this case, it will be necessary to contact the Customer Care service in order to manage the return procedure, attaching a picture of the defective product.



We verify the quality of all the items, in order to detect any defect before the products are shipped to the customer.

We did our best in order for the colours of the products on our website to be as close as possible to reality. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen corresponds perfectly to that of the real product.

In order for the return procedure to be managed as quickly as possible, you are kindly invited to ship all the articles you want to return in one single shipment.

In order to reduce the risk of any damage to the products, we suggest you to send them within the same box in which they have been received.

Damaged, stained or altered returns may be rejected and not reimbursed.

Our warehouse will take the returned products and will implement the qualitative checks, in order to verify the effective non-conformity. The reimbursement will be carried out through the refund of the amounts paid by the customer for the purchase of the products on the basis of the method of payment used.

In the case of credit card purchase, the reimbursement time will depend on the credit card used and will take place, in any case, within two billing statements.



Pursuant to and in accordance with directive 1994/44/EC, the Seller issues a legal guarantee on the product for non-conformity of the same to the quality requirements envisaged in the sales contract.

The guarantee enables the Customer, in the case of any conformity defects of the product, to obtain the repair or the replacement of the product, price reduction or the termination of the contract, pursuant to what established by the above-mentioned directive.

In any case, the use of the good which is non-compliant to what established by the Seller/Manufacturer is not under guarantee.

As far as the damages caused by the product, the provisions of directive 85/374/EEC will apply. The Seller, in its quality of distributor, frees itself from the responsibility, which will be entirely of the Manufacturer.
